Sushi Neko has an all-you-can-eat lunch deal for only $23.95; there is also an AYCE option for $27.95. The place can get quite crowded after 6pm, so be sure to arrive early. Yama is the only all-youcan-eat sushi eatery located right on the Las Vegas Strip. It is right across the street at Resorts World near Tacos El Gordo. They have a range of high-quality specialty rolls, hand roll, and nigiri, which are only $27.95 each (dinner costs $30.95).
The sushi shop offers a wide variety in rolls, nigiri (side dishes), skewers/tempura, and desserts. A 50% discount is often offered on their lunch happy hours, which runs from 12pm to 3pm Monday through Friday. Sushi Hero can be found just 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. You can find almost any seafood item on the menu at this restaurant, which has a high rating. Rolls can include tuna, salmon or yellowtail, crab, lobster and shrimp.
There are specialty rolls, including deep-fried, baked and deep-fried, as well as sushi nigiri. There are also many bite-sized options on the appetizer menu. Takeout is also available, but not all of the items are available. Sushi Koma is located west of the Las Vegas Strip. You can order AYCE or a la carte. The AYCE Sushi Menu costs $24 for lunch. It includes nigiri (sushi rolls), and skewers. The dinner menu at AYCE is slightly more expensive at $28, however it is still competitive with other sushi restaurants. Rikki Tikki Sushi lies in the Westgate Hotel, a block away from Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant offers a great ambience, especially if you are seated near the waterfall. It costs only $33 per person to order sushi. Not bad considering the fact that you're so close to the Strip. They are open Tuesday through Sunday, 5pm-10pm.
Yellowtail offers a variety of sushi, sashimi and sushi rolls. My favorite is the Angry Salmon specialty sushi roll, which includes salmon, avocado and serrano peppers. Fresh omakase can also be ordered. Kaiseki Yuzu is one Japanese restaurant that changes its menu every month. They only offer two seating times, 5:30pm or 8:00pm, similar to Sushi Kame. These are the only times you can make reservations, so book your reservation at least a few days before.
