You can order AYCE or a la carte. The AYCE Sushi Menu costs $24 for lunch. It includes nigiri (sushi rolls), and skewers. The dinner menu at AYCE is slightly more expensive at $28, however it is still competitive with other sushi restaurants. Rikki Tikki Sushi lies in the Westgate Hotel, a block away from Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant offers a great ambience, especially if you are seated near the waterfall. It costs only $33 per person to order sushi. Not bad considering the fact that you're so close to the Strip. They are open Tuesday through Sunday, 5pm-10pm.

Yellowtail offers a variety of sushi, sashimi and sushi rolls. My favorite is the Angry Salmon specialty sushi roll, which includes salmon, avocado and serrano peppers. Fresh omakase can also be ordered. Kaiseki Yuzu is one Japanese restaurant that changes its menu every month. They only offer two seating times, 5:30pm or 8:00pm, similar to Sushi Kame. These are the only times you can make reservations, so book your reservation at least a few days before.
