Kumi's design gives Japanese food a Korean American twist thanks to Akira Back, the restaurant chef. The sushi bar is the centerpiece of the dining area, and its overall design is inspired by Japanese homes. You can choose from a variety of cool and warming shared plates like New Style Sashimi (salmon or white fish or beef with hot oils, yuzusoy, garlic, and micro cilantro), as well as signature rolls, sushi, or sashimi. Hot Mess: Crab, sashimi poke, and Screaming O Sauce are some of the creative signature rolls. You can also choose from a full range of entrees such as steak, Kobe shortribs, Jidori Chicken, and uni shrimp ravioli.
