Sen of Japan offers extensive sushi and maki roll options that can be ordered either a la carte, or to-go. Most meals are priced between $20-30. Nobu is a Japanese restaurant chain which offers luxury dining at various locations. There are currently 2 Nobu restaurants in Las Vegas. One at Caesars Palace and one at Virgin Hotel.

Their YU OR-MI ROLL classic is delicious. It includes tuna salmon, yellowtail shrimp, avocado, chives. The small plates are slightly cheaper than main menu, but they also have sharable options. Sushi Kame offers one of the finest omakase choices in Las Vegas. The 2-hour experience at Sushi Kame is unique and expensive. There are two seatings each night: one at 6pm and one at 8pm. The other is between 8:30pm and 10:30pm.

Yellowtail offers a variety of sushi, sashimi and sushi rolls. My favorite is the Angry Salmon specialty sushi roll, which includes salmon, avocado and serrano peppers. Fresh omakase can also be ordered. Kaiseki Yuzu is one Japanese restaurant that changes its menu every month. They only offer two seating times, 5:30pm or 8:00pm, similar to Sushi Kame. These are the only times you can make reservations, so book your reservation at least a few days before.

The sushi shop offers a wide variety in rolls, nigiri (side dishes), skewers/tempura, and desserts. A 50% discount is often offered on their lunch happy hours, which runs from 12pm to 3pm Monday through Friday. Sushi Hero can be found just 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. You can find almost any seafood item on the menu at this restaurant, which has a high rating. Rolls can include tuna, salmon or yellowtail, crab, lobster and shrimp.

Omasake ranges in price from $165 to $200 per person. But the nigiri (sashimi), and fish tacos are far more affordable (in the $10-20 range per piece). Nobu's best-known dish is their black cod. However they also offer many other options such as smoked Wagyu dumplings or lobster, ribeye, octopus, ribeye, and King crab. Nobu can be expensive but you'll always remember the experience. Jaburritos allows you to make your own sushi burritos. It's almost as good as Chipotle except for the sushi. This sushi spot is also one of the most affordable on the Las Vegas Strip.
