It's also delicious to eat the rolls. I loved the shrimp tempura, rainbow and vegetable rolls. Tokyo Boys is a great place to eat Japanese sushi in Henderson, NV. Henderson is part of the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. This hidden gem is well-kept by the city. The interior looks like it's a 1950s-style diner. But they have great sushi.
